Why K-Beauty RiRe Needs More Attention

I have to admit that when I buy new skin care products I tend to go for the bigger and better known K-beauty brands, like SOME BY MI or Pyunkang Yul.

These brands are constantly bringing new products to the skin care market and have many rave reviews. That make me curious to try it and write my reviews about it.

Yet I have been quietly buying products from RiRe for a long time and I never speak about it. But I use those products a couple of time a week.

Maybe because the brand is so unknown or because I find the packaging not really attractive. Seriously, all my K-beauty products always look sleek, except for RiRe. I always put those products on the back of the self. And I just realize that this isn’t necessary. They help my skin every week and I shouldn’t judge a book by its cover.

So that’s why RiRe deserves a spotlight. And especially their exfoliating products. I’m using the Style Black Head Brush Cleanser, the All Blackhead Remover Stick and the Bubble Lip Mask for a while now and they are indispensable in my skin care routine. And I’ll tell you why you shouldn’t ignore RiRe as K-beauty brand!

About the brand RiRe

RiRe is a Korean brand and was founded in 2013. RiRe comes from the French word rire, which means to laugh or to enjoy. That’s also the motto of this brand: they would like to share a smile through their charming products.

The brand is now expanding internationally. They offer a variety of skin care, body care, hair care and makeup products. All products are made in Korea, contain only natural ingredients and are cruelty-free.

They like to create cosmetics that are never seen before. And they strive for high quality and user-friendly products, all with reasonable prices.

This is why I love RiRe’s exfoliating skin care products

I have only used three of their skin care products: the Style Black Head Brush Cleanser, the All Blackhead Remover Stick and the Bubble Lip Mask. And they are so great! I use this products about 2 times a week.

Unfortunately, I never used RiRe’s body care, hair care or makeup products, so I can’t say anything about that.

The Style Black Head Brush Cleanser

This is the first product I have ever brought of RiRe and it’s also my favorite one.

The black head brush removes dead skin, sebum and impurities from the nose. It also soothes and massages the nose and tightens pores for clearer skin.

The product itself is black, because it contains black rice, black soybean and black sesame extracts alongside jojoba seed oil, arnica flower extract, macadamia seed oil and yarrow extract.

I like to use this product in the shower, because I think it’s the best way to use this product. My pores open up more when I shower, so I can clean them better. The product also foams more. It’s very easy to use. When you press the button a small amount of product appears. I make soft rotating movements on my nose with the silicone brush. And then the product starts to foam. When I’m done, I rinse with warm water.

Afterwards my nose is a lot cleaner. I have to admit that it doesn’t remove all the black heads on my nose, but I have definitely less blackheads since I use this product.

I also use this product on my chin, because I have a lot of closed comodones there. The brush makes my chin less bumpy and rough. And most importantly, it removes a lot of my closed comodones!

The Style Black Head Brush Cleanser also promise to remove eye liner, but I never tried that. Why should I use a black head brush cleanser on my eyelids?

The All Kill Blackhead Remover Stick

This stick melts blackheads, whiteheads and dead skin cells. The stick also cleanses hard-to-reach areas, like the sides of the nose.

It’s a white stick and it contains extracts from charcoal powder, rice, black bean and sesame to cleanse pores. It also contains lavender, tea tree and chamomile extracts to soothe the skin and prevent a dry sensation.

I think the packaging looks so much better than his brother the Style Black Head Brush Cleanser. But as a product, I like the Style Black Head Brush Cleanser more.

I also apply this product in the shower, the same way as his brother, but I have to use it more gently. The stick felts more like an exfoliator comparing to the Style Black Head Brush Cleanser. It reminds me of a face scrub. When I go over my nose too hard, it quickly turns red and irritated.

A big advantage is that in addition to blackheads, it also removes whiteheads. Although this product also makes my nose a lot cleaner, it doesn’t remove all impurities. But it certainly does work well!

The Bubble Lip Mask

I bought this product in complete desperation. My lips were so chapped that I was looking for something that could quickly get rid of it. So I found the Bubble Lip Mask and I wasn’t disappointed!

The Bubble Lip Mask is a quick mask that leaves on your lips for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Then it starts to foam. I think that’s a really funny feeling. Then massage your lips and wipe with a tissue or rinse with water. What works best for me: rinse with water and then wipe with a tissue.

And then the dead skin just fall off, leaving my lips soft and smooth. Every time I’m amazed how much dead skin comes off my lips! My lips look a lot better and healthier after this treatment.

The lip mask contains vitamin C that helps soften, brighten and moisture the lips. It’s scented with lemon extract, but that doesn’t cause any irritation on my lips.

After the treatment I always use a lip balm to protect my lips and give it a healthy glow. This product really is a life-changer. I have suffered from chapped lips for so long and with this product I almost no longer suffer from it.

These were the products I really love from RiRe and I’d like to use more exfoliating products from them, like the All Blackhead Remover Gel, All Kill Blackhead Zero Serum and the All Kill Blackhead Deep Cleanser The Red.

So if you’re looking for great exfoliating products, then RiRe is your lifesaver!
